You may reschedule, skip, add, or cancel your schedule. We do ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions. We reserve the right to reschedule cleanings within a 24-hour notice due to inclement conditions. Our techs may arrive within 1 hour before or 1 hour after the scheduled cleaning time. If, on the day of cleaning, access is frustrated, we reserve the right to cancel services until the situation is remedied.
Customer is liable to pay us one full cleaning fee for cancellation.
