We reserve the right to deny services and/or terminate services because of safety concerns, financial concerns, and/or inappropriate/ uncomfortable situations at & or on Customer's premises.


Our goal is to exceed your expectations for professional cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving the premises/site. If you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue as soon as possible at no additional fee.
Though our sales reps frequently quote the prices, our operations officer may cautiously adjust it as the condition of your premise/site changes. Customer must request additional services in advance so we can schedule the additional time and supplies needed.

Unless you are invoiced otherwise, full payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service. We ask that any cash payments be put in an envelope with the clients’ name and the date clearly marked on the front. All initial payments should be made only after the tech team has arrived at the site unless otherwise.
Tipping is optional and welcomed if you are happy with the techs service as they appreciate this vote of satisfaction. For physical items gifted to techs, please avail them with a written acknowledgement.

Our team makes sure to take extra care of your property, but accidents do happen. They are instructed to report any damage immediately. If you suspect that there has been damage or theft please lets us know within 12 hours of your appointment.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE COST OF YOUR CLEANING and We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not properly secured, or previously damaged before cleaning.

We are not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation/placement of any object on your premises/site: It is therefore your sole responsibility to notify us prior to the day of cleaning so that appropriate action is taken.

We need to be able to work freely and without distractions, we ensure very effort is made to work safely and cautiously, but we cannot assume liability for the safety of others.  Please make every effort to guarantee a conducive working environment.
You may reschedule, skip, add, or cancel your schedule. We do ask for a 24-hour notice of any of these actions. We reserve the right to reschedule cleanings within a 24-hour notice due to inclement conditions. Our techs may arrive within 1 hour before or 1 hour after the scheduled cleaning time. If, on the day of cleaning, access is frustrated, we reserve the right to cancel services until the situation is remedied.

Customer is liable to pay us one full cleaning fee for cancellation.
Your referral about us to potential clients is very important to us. If someone you refer to us uses our services, you'll be given an appropriate offer. Please email our office to let us know who you have referred so that we can properly track and credit you.

If you would like to hire a specific employee of Quintu Window Cleaners while they are still employees or within one (1) year following the employee’s last day as an employee of Quintu Window Cleaners. Our referral fee is an equivalent of what is/was their one-year’s pay.
